It is the first beacon of scientific and civilizational enlightenment, established in this venerable governorate in 1976, so that this distinguished college might embrace Kirkuk’s eternal flame, cast its radiant light across the city’s sky, and chart a bright future for its graduates. It currently comprises thirteen academic departments in engineering, administrative, and medical disciplines.
