I am pleased to extend to you a warm welcome through the official online portal of Kirkuk Polytechnic College, this academic institution that continues its scholarly journey in preparing qualified technical and professional personnel, guided by the mission of higher education to build people and develop society, and by the vision of the Northern Technical University to enhance the quality of education, advance scientific research and innovation, and serve state institutions and the production and labor sectors.
